Nunan Family Properties operates Alice on Todd Apartments in Alice Springs comprising 70 apartments for short term lease and this property was constructed in 2002 with an expansion in 2012.

In 2011, the Nunan Family Properties constructed a small development of 31 apartments called Breezes in Broome WA and continues to operate these apartments today.

The largest of the properties owned by Nunan Family Properties has recently sold (2020) to Tasman Tourism and this property was constructed and operated by the business from 2005. The resort consists of 117 one, two and three bedroom units for short term lease and sits on the Murray River in NSW, 180km north of Melbourne.

In 2016-18 the company constructed 42 homes in two gated communities in Katherine NT and the continues to operate this residential community leasing out to government, corporate and local people. The property is the single largest private residential development in several decades within the town.

The recent expansion of the portfolio into properties along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria has seen over $15 million dollars invested into tourism opportunities in the past 18 months.

Nunan Family Properties business operations are cantered in NSW with a team of legal and accounting personnel, the company’s strategy is to continue expansion into both the residential and tourism markets.
